The new car warranty is one of the most important parts of the purchase of any new auto vehicle. It is unfortunately one that is often overlooked by many people when buying their first new car (often they realize their mistake and do not repeat it with any subsequent new car purchases!). This is because many first time car buyers may be aware of what the new car warranty is or what it is supposed to provide. The car dealer simply tells them that they get a free car warranty with the purchase and the buyer comes away from the deal feeling like he hit the jackpot.
The truth is however that every new car being purchased is required by law to be sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, which is the same as the new car warranty. And another truth is that you are not required to pay for the new car warranty – it is a feature to which you are entitled with the purchase of your new car. The new car warranty is essentially designed, like the car insurance, to provide you with coverage features which assist you in the event of the need for service repairs and maintenance on your new car – something which can save you hundreds of dollars every year of the period for which you are covered.

New cars are rolled out every season and it seems to be a difficult task as to which car to buy from the wide choices available. However when you buy a car see if all the functioning is good. Take a test drive to check the engine and interiors. If possible have a car mechanic with you as he will be aware of the cars anatomy. The important fact to look for is the new car warranty.
What if your car stops midway just as you try to take the new car home? The deal is over and the car company is far off, what is the solution, whom do you contact? Will the car company take back the faulty car or replace the repaired parts? Nothing can be guaranteed unless you get a new car warranty.
A new car warranty will protect you and your car from embarrassing situations and it will cover almost all repairs and replacements if the company feels that the damage was from the company cars faulty performance. So next time you decide to buy a car see if the company can give your car the best protection possible by offering a new car warranty.

Everyone should have a car warranty. It is the guarantee from the provider that if your car ever need repairs they would cover the cost of the repairs or at least provide re-imbursement. Auto warranties however are not so simple or straight forward. There are a lot of paperwork involved and contracts to agree upon and clauses to verify and confirm.
Of all the car warranties that you can get for your car, the new car warranty is probably the most simple. This car warranty is automatically issued by the authorized car dealer or the manufacturer, and usually provides coverage for both breakdown repairs and wear and tear repairs, that’s something most people do not differentiate between.
Used car warranties are probably the trickiest out of all the warranties that you would ever have for a car. In most instances, these warranties may not cover both breakdown and wear and tear repairs, or they may have limited coverage that you would need to ask about. In addition, the manufacturer’s warranty may still be valid on some used cars. This coverage would sometimes be automatically transferred to the new owner with the sale, but sometimes you may have to pay extra for this.

Never trust a salesperson’s words especially when it comes to an auto warranty. Why? Quite simply because a wolf will always be a wolf regardless of the clothes he wears; likewise a salesman will always be a salesman even if it’s your favorite uncle trying to sell you his used car, he too winds up being nothing more than a salesman trying to get his car sold. The point is, people will make promises and give their words without written contracts to get their vehicles sold. But at the end of a sale, without a binding agreement for that individual to stand the cost of repairs or to uphold whatever other promise he or she had made, you would not have a fighting chance to hold them to their words.
Â
It is common habit for any dealer to provide with the sale of a car a vehicle guide that should include any and all agreements made and contracts sold with the car. It is a very good idea to read this carefully when you agree to buy a car, or at least for the least to hold on to a copy of this – auto warranty tip number two!

There are a lot of auto warranty review sites online, and sometimes it could get very confusing and even difficult to determine which of those are authentic or offer the most accurate information. To find a site that actually tells you how they review auto warranties is just as difficult. Most reviews however, are done by customer polls and other such statistical methods.
Some auto warranty reviews are nothing more than advertisements for the warranty company under question, but it is important nonetheless to try to get a review for different warranty companies before you buy from one. The more experienced you are at finding warranties and researching company backgrounds, then the less likely it is that you will wind up with a fraudulent warranty deal.
In addition to helping you determine the level of authenticity of a warranty company, auto warranty reviews can also provide helpful tips that you can use to land the perfect warranty deal. And with the large amount of auto warranty review sites available on the internet, chances are high that for every one or two insincere sites that you do come across, you will come across at least five really good ones.

Getting an auto warranty is not that simple as it sounds. In a recent study conducted by leading automobile industry analysts, it was found that consumers don’t have the basic information on how to select a good auto warranty deal. Therefore, individuals should be cautious while purchasing a warranty.
An auto warranty provides a guarantee to a customer when he purchases a car. This guarantee provides coverage for servicing the car in case of damages incurred within the warranty period. However, while purchasing the warranty, three important issues have to be kept in mind. First is the period of the warranty. Usually an auto warranty is offered for a period of two to five years, depending on the brand of the car that you purchase.
Second, one should keep in mind the services that are going to be provided along with the warranty. Services, such as regular check-up, replacement of default parts and availability of accessories should be provided along with the warranty. Only then is the warranty really going to benefit you. Last and the most important factor to be kept in mind is the dealer. The dealer should have a license to provide the warranty. Keeping these tips in mind you can get the best auto warranty deal.

Used car warranty law is one of the most important aspects of buying a used car. The first time car buyers especially have a safeguard against any fraudulent activities. Used cars come at great bargain price; however, necessary precaution is required to keep your car purchase safe and secure. Here, one must opt for the used car warranty to protect it from any unexpected incidents. But, at times warranties are not honored or are wrongly represented. At this time the used car warranty law becomes very necessary. It assures that the customer gets the necessary warranty coverage and is not victimized by the warranty providers.
The used car warranty law varies from one state to the other; however, a few basic points remain the same. These rules are:
- The customer has to pay a price of $1000 to $3000 for his car.
- The vehicle purchased must be at least 2 years old from the manufacturing date and the maximum of 6 year.Â
- The vehicle is used for personal use only or for some other household activities. It should not be used for any commercial purpose.Â
Besides these the dealers are bound to provide the necessary warranties and adhere to the same.Â

Auto warrant reviews refer to the act that should be taken by every vehicle owner before selecting the auto warranty. This particular task assumes importance at three stages, while purchasing a brand new or used car and while purchasing a second auto warranty once the original warranty expires.
Â
It is necessary that each vehicle owner goes in for an auto warranty review since the features and offers vary from period to period.
Â
Before selecting an auto warranty, ask for at least four different offers from the car dealer. Normally, the vehicle dealer has a tendency to coerce the car owner into purchasing a particular type of auto warranty. But insist for a range of offers. Each auto warranty firm has at least one unique service. Therefore, evaluate all of them before finalizing the auto warranty.
Â
If you are not in a position to review auto warranties due to lack of time or some other reason, there are other means of obtaining first hand information through independent reviews.
Â
There are a number of firms, which specialize in auto warranty reviews. They publish periodicals on the latest in the auto warranty packages. Look for such reviews before selecting the auto warranty. Auto warranty reviews are also available on the Internet for study.

Auto warranty refers to a particular service offered by a dealer to the car owner for a period of time from the date of sale of the vehicle. A warranty generally takes care of the cost of maintenance of a vehicle in case it suffers a breakdown.
The auto warranty is issued by the vehicle dealer at the time of handing over the car to the buyer. Any dealer, who does not issue a warranty, is liable for prosecution under US federal law. So, make sure that you collect the warranty at the time of delivery of the car.
The warranty period comes for a period ranging between three months and three years or the distance covered by the car. The choice to select a warranty is left to the car buyer. Normally, a warranty takes care of the repairs and maintenance of the car’s drive train, power train, engine, break mechanism and steering system.
The price of the warranty differs and depends on the liking of the car buyer. The best warranty package available in the market is the ‘bumper-to-bumper’ package that takes care of the car. However, the ‘bumper-to-bumper’ package is expensive when compared to other warranties.

A new car warranty should be sufficient enough to cover a new car from any unexpected failures or breakdowns that may occur in the first few years of ownership. Most people go on to purchase extended warranties for their new vehicles, but this is often unnecessary unless you cover a lot of mileage within the average day to account for your warranty miles. With every new car warranty purchase, you are also guaranteed roadside assistance to match the validity period of the new car warranty.
Â
You must be careful about following the requirements stipulated in your new car warranty upon purchase. Most warranties insist upon regular service maintenance at listed dealers only. If you were to even miss a single service checkup date, or inadvertently have a defect on your car repaired at an unlisted dealer while you are out of town, then you would automatically voided your warranty. In such a case, you would have unquestionably given up all rights to further warranty services and roadside assistance services provided by your dealer. You could continue service at the same dealers yourself, but the charges for these are often very expensive which makes finding an alternate dealer the better choice.
