Beware of fraudulent warranty

Warranty refers to repair and maintenance service provided by car dealers in association with third party vendors. The service will take care of the repair and replacement cost of minor spare parts. However, the warranty does not apply to replacement of expensive spare parts. The warranty will be valid for a period of time agreed by the car owner as well as the service provider. There are two types of warranty. The first type is the new car warranty, issued to brand new cars. The second type is the used car warranty issued to pre-owned cars or those cars sold in the aftermarket.
Used car warranty is expensive when compared to new car warranty considering the age factor of the car. Always insist on a used car warranty while purchasing the car. Under US law, all cars should necessarily have a warranty. If the dealer is not interested in issuing a warranty, the same can be procured from a third party vendor.
Review at least six different warranty packages before finalizing the deal. There are instances of fraudulent warranties being offered by the agencies. Therefore, beware of fraudulent used car warranty. Consult a professional before purchasing the warranty. Buy a flexible warranty since it gives you the option to change the service provider.
