Bumper-to-bumper warranty for the car

A warranty is an assurance given in written format to consumers by the manufacturer to replace a defective part of the product or in full if found defective. For the replacement of the product, the warranty period should be in place. The warranty period normally ranges for the first two years from the date of its sale. Warranty is issued to all products. The warranty given to vehicles, including car, is called auto warranty.

In auto warranty, there are two categories. The first category is the new car warranty, given to brand new cars. The second category is the used car warranty given to used cars or pre-owned cars. The used car warranty is also called aftermarket auto warranty. The used car warranty is expensive in comparison with new car warranty since the used car is older than a brand new car.

Auto warranty is issued up to 30,000 miles covered by the vehicle or up to two years from the date of its sale, whichever comes first. There is another category called the bumper-to-bumper warranty for the car. It is loaded with features and takes care of the car end-to-end. Normally, it is given for luxury cars. But any vehicle owner can opt for this bumper-to-bumper warranty. However, it is expensive when compared to other warranties.
