Buy the best car warranty

All consumer-oriented products such as electric and home appliances should be sold by the dealer along with a warranty. The warranty is an assurance given by the product manufacturer to replace it in full or in part if found defective for a period of time from the date of its sale. The warranty is also issued to cars. It is called auto warranty.

There are two types of auto warranty. They are new car warranty and aftermarket auto warranty. New car warranty refers to warranty issued to brand new cars. Aftermarket auto warranty is given to pre-owned cars or used cars. The used car warranty is expensive when compared to the new car warranty considering the age of the vehicle and the risks involved.

The auto warranty is issued for a period of up to two years or three years. It is also issued for up to 30,000 miles covered by the vehicle. There is another category of warranty, which is an combination of the two. It means the warranty will be in place up to two years or 30,000 miles, which ever comes first. To make the best use of the warranty, try to drive the mileage within the first two years.
