Aftermarketauto.com has an aftermarket auto return policy like almost all other auto accessory companies. Though the company does not have a money back or a total return option. However, the company offers to exchange any product in case it has a manufactueres defect within 30 days.

Light fixtures are not included in the warranty and the company advises you to check all light fixtures at the time of installation only. Defective items can be exchanged for the same item only. Special order items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded either.

In case you want to exchange a non defective product, you can do that too, but you will be required to pay a restocking fee of up to 20%. Returning merchandise can be a tedious job since you have to fill out the necessary paper work in order to get a return merchandise authorization number, which expires within 12 days. All products have to be returned in their original packing, along with all other enclosures in new condition.

The company undertakes an after market auto warranty for only 30 days, after which the product has to be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All non defective returns have to be returned in a new condition.
